No, they moved it up I believe last year.

Yeah, it was about a month long signing period, but is now just about 2 weeks. At one point, the signing period lasted until just a few weeks prior to the following draft.

Red Sox got all but three draftees signed per Pete Abraham. Round 13, 14 and 18, I think.

Brannon signed for $712,500. I think this kid could be special, but the proof is on the field!
