That depends on what else they know. I’m not entirely certain Addison Russell broke any laws either. But MLB would have been justified (IMO) in having him drawn and quartered…

I don't know the full details of the allegations against him, but generally, when multiple women accuse, it's not looking too good... I would say two years seems harsh without being convicted, but again, don't know the full story and where the line is between MLB's powers to ban being reasonable or not. What I am hearing is Bauer comes across as a massive douche in general, which doesn't help his cause.
    Priorities:
    1. Yankees lose
    2. Red Sox win

Absolutely incredible. Now I kinda want the Sox to sign him.

    They need starting pitchers.

All of them quietly went away once they realized the first lawsuit would crumble.

It looks like it was a money grab.

I wonder how much of his negative PR is no longer attached…

We should also remember, rich guys have lawyers that know how to twist the truth and often by assassinating the character of the accuser(s).

I'm not saying there is no truth to all this presented, but I remain skeptical of both sides of the case.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

I sign Bauer over Yamamoto in a heartbeat. Yamamoto is an unknown. And his age advantage might not make up for Bauer’s track record…

Would you knock Yama down to the next level or keep him at the same level as Bauer, but slightly below him?

The odds are still likely against any MLB team signing Bauer.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.
