Any chance Kimbrel could be converted to a starting pitcher?

I'd be happy just to see him do his job as a closer.

"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."

We can tell him he's closing inning one, inning two, so forth until his arm falls off. He may not notice he's pitched every inning. Nah, he's probably smarter than that.

There's a better chance of me converting to veganism.

I think Porcello would have gotten it done a lot quicker last night but I respect them taking him out w his pitch count

Porcello was at 110 pitches last night. No way he was going back out there.
But, I agree, it would've been much easier to watch if he had.

Would he have put one in Chase's earhole that inning?
