Lets go boys!! Wake up those bats and Josh bang out those Ks.
The Sox do have to break out the bats and Josh does have to break out the K's. Allowing the opposition to make contact will not work out to well for the Sox this year. That by the way is the biggest flaw in the "lets bring on Cook" discussions. Contact exposes the Sox defense for what it is.
Go Josh....Go bats!
Beckett will be fine, he's pissed about everyone always talking about the beer and chicken shit instead of his 2.86 ERA last year. A pissed off Beckett is my favorite Beckett and Im willing to bet money he has a nice day tomorrow.
Waiting to see if Youk can break out of this 12 month funk.
Go Sox!
Pissed off Beckett resulted in 8 innings, 10 K's, and 2 hits vs the skanks on Sunday night last year as a jumping off point to the second best year of his career. He'll show up to pitch.Originally Posted by Brown28;737045;

Now please go ahead and introduce yourself to Taylor. We're going to get married, have 10 kids, and teach them how to dream.
Remember when he was pissed off in 2010, hit about five Yankee players, and had one of the worst games of his career, to start the worst season of his career? I'm not convinced.Originally Posted by BornToRun;737083;
