    I don't understand how Miller's K/9 could go from like 11 in AAA to around 5 in MLB.

    More selective hitters? Pitching in the AL East does that to pitchers... a lot of guys up there that won't swing unless it's a strike and then they make you pay for missing in the wrong spot. Can't rely on throwing outside the zone and having guys chase.
