    6/16 still at the juicebox

God, I hate this hellhole. Win the series and head on home on a fantastic road odyssey.

Let's hope for some offense this time. We can't always rely on our pitching like that.

Now that Bruins season is over, this team will start getting the full attention in this town that they deserve.

I don't think Buch is gonna throw a 1-hitter like Beckett, but he is pitching really well recently. I hope the bats come alive tonight, it'd be great to leave TB with a bang!

It's too bad Lackey & Wake are pitching against the better pitchers of the Brewers though...

The Rays offense is weak. Clay need to hold them down.

Price is a guy that throws about 50 fastball straight in the first 2-3 inning. They need to get to him early.

Re: 6/16 still at the juicebox

This bad feeling against TB, has became a sort of "Yankee-hate" to me last years.

We have struggled against these Rays since 2008. We haven't won a complete year-series against these Rays since then; in fact we are 25-33. This year more than others, it's unacceptable another unfavorable win/lose-balance, considering each other payrolls (#3 vs. #29) and mostly all the people that have gone from TB this year.

    2008 8-10
    2009 9-9
    2010 7-11
    2011 1-3

So... we'd better win and capture in the field what each team is supposed to be in the papers.

    Lets go Red Sox.!!!!!!

The Red Sox have moved the time of their game on Saturday against the Brewers from 1:10 to 7:10 p.m. because of the Bruins' parade, which will take place at 11 a.m. The Sox also announced that they will honor the Bruins at Sunday's game.

Stat of the Day: Lefties are hitting .163/.181/.225 against Price this season with one home run.

I remember that one HR, but I forgot who it was. I think that ESPN had said that it was in 2009 when he had previously allowed a HR to a lefty.

Edit: I just checked and that's correct, David Price has only allowed 2 HR's to lefties in his career. (Roughly 106 innings worth)
