The Celtics put 3 stars together and won a championship.
Both did pretty well.
But the Celtics broke up their chemistry to save $$ --first letting Posey go in '08, and then
trading Perkins in '10. The latter may have cost them a championship last year.
The Yankees, by the way, are put together to win a championship every year. By far, the most expensive team in sports. When they don't, it is a disaster in NY--though the media doesn't depict it that way.
The Heat got to the championship, sox won't do that
