    Blu Ray

    Got my wife a player for Christmas. Had to give it to her already because there's no place to hide it, and besides, I was eager to see how movies look on it.

    I admit when I was doing research, I was skeptical that old movies would look any good, because I assumed the cameras weren't as great then. I was obviously wrong, because The Wizard of Oz looks fantastic. I also read that film is higher resolution than even blu ray.

    Some are as cheap as $8.99 on amazon. They mostly range $12-$20, and some are inexplicably higher.
