There is no way that beard is real. It doesn't even look like real hair. It looks like a Halloween costume beard glued to his face.

I was watching a video of a reporter asking Wilson about his beard, and he adamantly refuses to answer whether or not it's real, but here's the awesome part:

The reporter asks Wilson: "When are you going to convince Lincecum and Cain to grow beards?"

Wilson's response: "When they can".
