Kraft tries to understand the sport and its intricacies, as well as putting the best people in position to succeed. Henry doesn't try to understand the management aspect of the sport, and flip flops every 4 years on GM's like a bitch. It's a fair criticism, and it's the reason why the Sox are where they are. I don't think it's so much a budget thing as a vision/execution thing.

Living here, near Houston, I've come to really appreciate how they have seemingly built a real good football team in the Texans.
I am convinced they are a top 4-5 contender in the NFL, now. Maybe top 2-3.
