I thought it was annoyingly redundant and never understood why, if she was not making any actual money, she kept selling weed.

Lately there seem to have been a run of shows about people leading double lives while being hunted unknowingly by their own neighbors and/or family. And Weeds was my least favorite of the bunch, well behind Breaking Bad and the extremely underrated The Americans...

Breaking Bad only grows in my estimation as time goes on. When I watch old episodes I'm always impressed by how sharp the dialogue and indeed everything is. Great writing and great acting.
Championships since purchase by John Henry group: Red Sox 4 Yankees 1

The Red Sox are 8-1 in their last 9 postseason games against the Yankees.

No, I haven't seen it. I don't even watch that many shows any more TBH.

Did you ever try the Umbrella Academy?

I'm about 4-5 episodes in and it's ok.

Seems like it could be unique and quirky. Much more interesting than most of the nonsense out.

    Great soundtrack, too.

They really built up the characters well. We got to know all of them.
When you say it's gonna happen now
    When exactly do you mean?

Not yet. I can never get my wife to commit. It might be one of those I only watch after she goes to bed... like House of Cards.

Maybe the most underrated performance was Dean Norris as Hank.

    YES! And of course, Saul.

You really got to know the characters but it wasn't to the point of predictability. Most people have complexities and contradictions built into their personalities. There was just enough of this to keep the viewer interested and not skeptical.

Mike Ehrmantraut & Gus Fring were two other great supporting characters,
