He's on the 15 day DL after his first start with a strained elbow. He's most likely to miss 3 starts, and for the 'stros, this could be relaitvely big. They need Andy in their rotation to remain competitive (they have a great team, but they play in an even greater division).

3 starts isn't too bad...they should be fine once he's back, and I think they'll be able to hold their own for the time being. With Clemens pitching like he did, it takes a lot of pressure off the rest of the staff.

It puts them on a level playing field with the cubs, who lost Prior before the season even began. So no, I dont think it really puts them at a disadvantage.

This might give the Cardinals, who got lost in all the hype over Houston and Chicago, a couple week period to get a lead in the division. The Brewers too
