You can get them to call you!, I figured out a way. You have to put in your own cell phone number or house number and they will call you!

Click on live help...right above where you type your text, there is a toolbar...click on the telephone icon, and they will call you back if you provide a number......if someone decides to do it, make sure you post the number that they are calling you from on here!!!!!!!
